Order Cancellation, replacement and Refund policy

Cancellation Window of Items or Orders:

We take great care to ensure the accuracy and quality of the items you order. Customers may cancel their order only until the Purchase Order (PO) has been issued. Once the Purchase Order has been generated and issued, cancellation of the order is no longer permitted.

We do not offer a return policy. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once the Purchase Order is issued.

By placing an order on our website, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. No exceptions to these policies will be granted.

Refund Eligibility:
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once the customer has received the item. By accepting the delivery, the customer acknowledges that they are satisfied with the product.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the item delivered is incorrect or damaged due to an error on the supplier’s side. In such cases, the customer must report the issue within two (2) days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund in Contact us.
  • If a refund is deemed necessary due to a mistake by the supplier, the refund will be processed through the online banking system only, as per our standard refund policy taking maximum of two (2) days.
  • By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. No exceptions will be made regarding refunds, except as stated above.
Payment and Order Dispatch
  1. Payment Terms:
      • Once a purchase order is issued, the customer is required to complete the payment within one (1) week. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the order.
  2. Order Dispatch:
      • Orders will only be dispatched once the full payment has been received. The delivery will be handled by a courier company and will be completed as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary between metro and non-metro cities.
      • For metro cities, delivery typically takes a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 6 days. For non-metro cities, delivery may take a minimum of 5 days and up to a maximum of 12 days.
      • No exceptions will be made, and any issues related to this policy will not be addressed by customer service agents. Customers must acknowledge and accept this condition before placing any order.
  3. Exceptions:
      • For certain products, there may be exceptions to the above payment and dispatch policies. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you directly to discuss specific payment terms and delivery timelines. Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned in the purchase order details.

By placing an order with Electronic Verse, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Electronic Verse cannot accept returns of item(s) in the following cases:
  1. When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it.
  2. When any consumable item has been used or installed.
  3. When something is missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing and accessories.
  4. When items are tampered with or have missing serial numbers.
    Depending upon the customer’s location, it would take anywhere between 3 to 14 working days for the replacement parts to reach the customers in India.
Refund Policy:

Under the circumstances like, customer has placed the order and later it is found that the ordered part is obsolete / discontinued / out of stock / cannot dispatch withing the time frame as originally committed by us, in such cases Electronic Verse will communicate to the customers and cancel the order from the system. Subsequently, Electronic Verse will initiate the refund process to your original payment method or to your bank account, if the payment was already made by the customer.

It would generally take some time for the money to get credited to your account. You may please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.

  1. If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit / Debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through net banking.
  2. If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, the same would be brought to your notice.
  3. All the items supplied by us carries warranty as stipulated manufacture from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects.
  4. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party account.
  5. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via net banking only.
