1. Introduction

Welcome to Electronic Verse (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with the website https://electronicverse.in (the “Service”) operated by us.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. Company shall not be held liable for any issues that arise with respect to the password of the account used by you or in any technical or other problem in relation to your account.

3. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete to you.

4. Order Processing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product or error in your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted.

6. Shipping

Shipping and handling fees are based on the weight of the order and the delivery method. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. The estimated delivery time may vary due to unforeseen delays, and Company shall not be held responsible for any such delays in shipping.

7. Returns and Refunds

We take great care to ensure the accuracy and quality of the items you order. Customers may cancel their order only until the Purchase Order (PO) has been issued. Once the Purchase Order has been generated and issued, cancellation of the order is no longer permitted.

We do not offer a return policy. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once the Purchase Order is issued.

By placing an order on our website, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. No exceptions to these policies will be granted.

Refund Eligibility:

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once the customer has received the item. By accepting the delivery, the customer acknowledges that they are satisfied with the product.
• Refunds will only be processed if the item delivered is incorrect or damaged due to an error on the supplier’s side. In such cases, the customer must report the issue within two (2) days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund.
• If a refund is deemed necessary due to a mistake by the supplier, the refund will be processed through the online banking system only, as per our standard refund policy.
• By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. No exceptions will be made regarding refunds, except as stated above.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

9. Force Majeure.

Company will not be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond Company’s reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out or in connection of this Terms and Conditions.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision or part-provision of the Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Terms and Conditions.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY

13.1 You will not disclose to any person any confidential information concerning the Terms and Conditions Order, business, affairs, customers, clients or suppliers of the other party or of any member of the group of companies to which the other party belongs.

13.2  You will comply with the applicable data protection laws in case personal data is shared.

13.3  You shall use any other party’s confidential information for any purpose other than to perform obligations provided in this Terms and Conditions.
